The founder of Craft Beverage Media is Cindy Molchany.
Cindy first began working in the wine industry in 2007 when she ran DTC operations for Bonny Doon Vineyard. She was an early user of various social media platforms, and as new media grew in importance for businesses, she began consulting with brands on their social media marketing strategies, running campaigns, and working with bloggers.
Cindy’s experience ranges from working with new brands to establish identity to running national campaigns aimed at growing awareness for international wine regions. She has a track record of increasing sales through online engagement and growing communities online.
After working with both wine and craft beer brands, and as someone with a true passion for artisanal beverage products, Cindy founded Craft Beverage Media and Craft Beverage Jobs. Craft Beverage Media focuses on assisting craft brands with their digital marketing strategy through trainings, workshops and management; Craft Beverage Jobs works to connect passionate people with great jobs in this industry.
Cindy is a frequent speaker on digital marketing at conferences and corporate events. She has spoken about SEO, various social networks, and has taught workshops specific to engagement and growing sales through the use of social media. Cindy loves to share what lessons she have learned and help others achieve success.

Bradford Lowry has a 20 year career in sales and marketing for a variety of markets. In 2008, Bradford made the transition from the beverage industry to healthcare as the Vice President of Marketing for Drs. Health, Inc. where he developed skills in content marketing. Bradford is the host of multiple Youtube programs, the creator of social media communities for fitness, nutrition, and health care; as well as curator of online magazines for both the craft beverage and food industry.
In 2013, Bradford organized and hosted The Future Of Healthcare Marketing Seminar at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center in Durham, NC. The seminar was a collaboration with Google and was attended by leading healthcare professionals from Research Triangle Park.
Joining Craft Beverage Media, Bradford has returned to the beverage industry, “craft” beverage to be specific. He enjoys beginning his day with a strong cup of coffee while browsing through the latest coffee headlines of the week.
Initially just a fun side project, Beer Labels In Motion quickly exploded onto the craft beer scene, earning it a spot on TIME’s top 25 best new blogs of 2013. Trevor takes beautiful (but static) craft labels and breathes life into them through digital artistry. Trevor grew up in Maryland and discovered his love of craft beer while attending Ohio University studying video production. Combining his graphical skills with the craft beverage world has proved to be a tremendous hit with both drinkers and non-drinkers alike.
Alex Blake and Andy Kurtts are our talented design team partners from Buttermilk Creative. Buttermilk Creative’s work focuses on packaging and logo identity for the craft beverage and food industries.
Their work has been recognized by HOW Magazine, GD USA, PL Buyer, and Store Brands Decisions. They are also speakers at industry events like the Dieline Conference in 2012 and 2014.
